Home Health Aides (HHAs) – Late Night Second Shift | Hourly Pay • Weekly Pay • Flexible Schedules • Growth Opportunities

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our exceptional Home Care team for late night second shift assignments. Key Responsibilities (HHA – Late Night / Second Shift)

  • Provide personal care support including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
  • Assist clients with safe mobility, transfers, and bedtime routines
  • Monitor clients during evening and overnight hours to ensure safety and comfort
  • Offer companionship and emotional support during late-night hours
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and general tidying
  • Prepare simple meals or snacks as needed
  • Assist with medication reminders in accordance with care plans
  • Document care activities accurately using agency-approved systems
  • Observe and report any changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or care manager
  • Maintain a calm, reassuring presence to promote restful overnight routines
  • Support clients with chronic conditions, dementia care, or post-acute needs as directed

Qualifications (HHA – Late Night / Second Shift)

  • Active HHA certification (or equivalent state-required credential)
  • Minimum 6 months experience in home care, facility care, or personal caregiving
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently during late-night hours
  • Strong communication and observation skills
  • Ability to assist clients with lifting, mobility, and hands-on personal care
  • Experience with dementia care, chronic illness, or overnight care is a plus
  • Must pass background screening and meet all state compliance requirements
