Toddler Music and Movement Instructor

Position Overview:

We are looking to add a gymnastics Coach/ Parent & Toddler Coach that is able to teach during late afternoon into evening!

Typical hours would be Tuesday and Friday. Wage is depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. The ability to work with demonstrated passion, energy, and pride.
2. The ability to communicate clearly and positively with both adults and kids.
3. The ability to teach gymnastics skills to children!
4. The ability to teach safely
5. Gymnastics or cheer experience preferred- but not required

Requirements:

1. Experience: Previous experience as a Gym/Cheer Instructor is preferred, but not required. Experience working with toddlers is preferred, but not required.
2. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively instruct, give feedback, and interact with students and their families.
3. Patience and Adaptability: Ability to work with students of varying ages and abilities, tailoring lessons to suit individual needs while maintaining patience and enthusiasm.
4. Physical fitness: Ability to demonstrate gym techniques, maintain energy for teaching, and be physically capable of performing rescues if needed.

Working Conditions:

1. Indoor environment.
2. May require working mornings, afternoons, and weekends based on scheduling needs.
3. Ability to stand and instruct for extended periods.
