Caregiver / Home Care Aide — Roseville, CA$19–$21.50/hr | Hiring Immediately

Pay based on experience with a performance raise at 90 days.

Entry level (1–2 yrs): $19/hr Experienced CG / CNA (3+ yrs): $20.50/hr Performance-based raise at 90 days for all hires

We're a locally owned Homewatch CareGivers office in Roseville. Small enough that you'll know your clients well — and stable enough to offer consistent hours, real support, and room to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
• Medication reminders and health monitoring
• Communicate with clients' families and care team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
• Reliable transportation and valid CA driver's license
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• CNA certification a plus — not required

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan.
2. Promote a safe and comfortable living environment.
3. Maintain effective communication with clients and their families.
4. Document client progress and report any changes to the caregiving team.
5. Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Valid CNA certification in California.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
4. Willingness to provide compassionate care with a strong work ethic.
5. Experience in a home care or healthcare setting is preferred.

Bonus If You:

1. Speak additional languages such as Punjabi, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, or Chinese.
2. Have additional certifications related to caregiving or healthcare.
3. Possess training in specialized areas of care.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full-Time and Part-Time, with hours available Monday through Sunday.
