As a Nurse Next Door Caregiver, you are passionate about Making Lives Better and:

-Go above and beyond (even when no one is looking!)

Duties:

-Assists clients with activities of daily living: healthy meal preparation, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, companionship, transportation, etc.

-Create Happier Aging experiences and client focused care in home and community settings

-Transfer clients, assisted, unassisted, or with equipment such as hoyer lift

-Provide personalized care and adapt to client care needs (stroke, memory care, incontinence, immobility, etc

-Document care provided and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors promptly
