Role Overview:

As a Skilled Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and their families to maintain a safe environment, offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and help clients stay active in their community. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your schedule, allowing you to balance your personal and professional life effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
2. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
3. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
4. Monitor clients' health and well-being and report any concerns to healthcare providers or family members.
5. Collaborate with clients’ families to ensure needs are met and preferences are honored.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or related fields.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
4. Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a strong commitment to client well-being.
5. Ability to transfer clients as needed.

You must also have:

1. Certified training in CPR and first aid.
2. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
3. Ability to pass a background check

Employment Type & Availability:

Part-time and full-time available, we operate 24/7.

Location:

We serve clients in Chandler, Sun Lakes, Gilbert, Mesa, and Tempe.
