Role Overview:

As an Overnight Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families to ensure their loved ones receive the care they need. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling options that may include day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts to accommodate the needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients.
2. Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
3. Prepare meals for clients and assist with dietary needs.
4. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
5. Remind clients to take their medication on time.
6. Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety.
7. Provide transportation and assist with errands as needed.
8. Help clients with daily activities and support their overall well-being.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and dependable nature.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to work independently in a client’s home.
4. Reliable transportation to travel to different client locations.
5. Willingness to meet applicable background check requirements.

Bonus If You:

1. Have prior experience in home care or as a caregiver.
2. Possess certifications related to caregiving or senior care.
3. Are bilingual or have proficiency in languages other than English.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full-Time or Part-Time, with shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, serving clients in Camden County, Georgia.
