Ux Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Figma, including its collaborative and interactive features, to design aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize Figma to design, prototype, and deliver user interface and user experience solutions.
2. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
3. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
4. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
5. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
6. Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
7. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
8. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and appeal of our products.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

1. Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio, preferably in software development projects.
2. Proficiency in Figma, including wire-framing, prototyping, and collaborative tools.
3. Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
4. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
5. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
6. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
7. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
8. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
9. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field.

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
