Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Figma, including its collaborative and interactive features, to design aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces that enhance user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Figma to design, prototype, and deliver user interface and user experience solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and appeal of our products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio, preferably in software development projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, including wire-framing, prototyping, and collaborative tools.
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field.
Salary Range:
$60,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
