Role Overview:

As a Project Management Assistant at Precon Marine Inc, you will be responsible for providing administrative and project support to the project management team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the project management and construction teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of various marine construction and waterfront projects. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality maritime solutions while upholding our core values of efficiency, integrity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support project managers with administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and coordination of project meetings and reviews.
2. Assist in the preparation and tracking of project budgets, expenses, and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery.
3. Facilitate communication between project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of projects.
4. Collaborate with the project management team to maintain accurate project documentation and records.
5. Contribute to the successful completion of marine construction and waterfront projects through proactive support and effective communication.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Chesapeake, Virginia.
