Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that all clients receive the compassion and attention they deserve. By working on-site in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, you’ll have the flexibility to engage directly with those you care for, making a meaningful impact in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
2. Support clients with mobility and transportation needs.
3. Prepare meals and assist with basic nutrition needs.
4. Engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being.
5. Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure quality care and support.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in personal care or caregiving.
2. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clients empathetically.
3. Reliability and a strong commitment to providing quality care.
4. Compassionate nature and a desire to help others.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in CPR and First Aid.
2. Have experience working with seniors or individuals who have had a stroke.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for Full-Time or Part-Time, with availability needed Monday through Friday 8am-4pm.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Hatfield Pennsylvania.
