We also always approve time off, we do ask that you give us at least 24hrs notice but you'll never hear a no from us when it comes to taking personal time. We understand that life happens and you will still have a job waiting for you when things are settled.

Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch Caregivers, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients to fulfill their daily needs and enhance their quality of life. Whether you work on-site in Canton, Georgia, you will have the flexibility to adapt your schedule based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with personal care and hygiene to ensure their comfort and dignity.
2. Help clients take prescribed medications as part of their daily routine.
3. Support clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside, such as on walks or to doctor’s appointments.
4. Plan and prepare meals, assisting clients as needed based on their individual capabilities.
5. Perform light housekeeping duties that clients may not be able to complete on their own.
6. Accompany clients during shopping trips to provide support and assistance.
7. Encourage and assist clients with physical therapy exercises as prescribed.
8. Develop meaningful connections with clients to foster trust and rapport.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

3. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to various client needs.
4. Patience and understanding in challenging situations.
5. Prior experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.

Bonus If You:

1. Have first aid or CPR certification.
2. Possess knowledge of physical therapy exercises.
3. Are proficient in additional languages to better assist our diverse clientele.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position available seven days a week.

This position is on-site in Canton, Georgia.
