🩺 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team

• Assess homes for safety and fall risks

• Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies

• Provide hands-on interventions to promote independence

• Educate clients, families, and caregivers

• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and discharge documentation

• Communicate changes in client condition with the DON and physicians

✅ WHAT YOU BRING

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program

• Completion of required fieldwork

• Current Texas OT license

• 2+ years of OT experience preferred

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and exceptional patient care

📌 IMPORTANT: 1099 CONTRACT POSITION

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a W-2 employee position. PRN visits are offered based on client needs and your availability.
