Role Overview:

As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the Arlington area. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our clinical leadership and care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and support. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to create a meaningful impact on patients' lives through compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform skilled nursing visits to assess patient conditions and needs.
2. Administer medications and manage wound care effectively.
3. Conduct thorough assessments and documentation of patient care.
4. Provide comprehensive patient and family education to promote wellness.
5. Coordinate with physicians and care teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Current Texas RN license.
2. Current CPR certification.
3. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
4. Strong communication skills in English.
5. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience in home health or skilled nursing environments.
2. Possess additional certifications relevant to patient care.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position that may include weekdays and weekends.

This position is on-site only and is located in Arlington, Texas.
