Role Overview:

As a FT Daytime Cleaner at Office Pride, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming. You will follow a customized cleaning checklist tailored to each client’s needs, performing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with team members to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine cleaning tasks according to client specifications, ensuring each area meets our quality standards.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
3. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or special requests from clients.
4. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
5. Follow safety protocols while performing cleaning tasks to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
3. Reliability and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
4. Experience in commercial cleaning or a similar role is a plus.
5. Willingness to learn and follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience using various cleaning equipment and products.
2. Possess relevant certifications in cleaning or sanitation practices.
3. Exhibit a proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Pensacola, Florida.
