Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, client-centered personal care and companionship to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families to ensure that their loved ones are receiving the support they need to enjoy the quality of life they deserve. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll be an integral part of our mission to help others live their best day, every day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate, client-centered personal care and companionship.
2. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
3. Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
4. Provide medication reminders and mobility assistance.
5. Accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed.
6. Observe and report changes in clients' physical and mental health status.

Qualifications:

1. Compassion and a passion for helping others.
2. Dependability and reliability in providing care.
3. Strong communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
4. Ability to assist with daily living activities and support clients’ needs.
5. A caring demeanor and integrity in dealing with clients and families.

Bonus If You:

1. Have prior experience in senior care, companion care, or related fields.
2. Are certified in CPR and first aid.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available in Full-Time, Part-Time, with availability needed throughout the week, including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only at FirstLight Home Care Cave Creek, AZ, serving clients primarily in the Phoenix area.
