Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation and nurturing client relationships. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our compassionate team to ensure our clients receive top-tier care and service. While our main office is in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, you’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with referral sources throughout Bucks & Montgomery counties and make a meaningful impact on their everyday lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify potential sales leads within the home care industry.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs better.
3. Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
4. Assist in the development of marketing strategies tailored to the senior care market.
5. Work collaboratively with the care team to provide feedback on client experiences and needs.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Strong communication skills in English.
2. Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
3. Ability to develop and nurture client relationships.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
5. Passion for helping others and understanding their care needs.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience in the home care or healthcare sales industry.
2. Possess knowledge of the local senior care market in Bucks & Montgomery counties.
3. Are familiar with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is based out of Doylestown, Pennsylvania and requires travel throughout Bucks & Montgomery Counties
