Role Overview:

As a Part-Time RN/LPN at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing hands-on nursing care to patients in their homes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our clinical team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients throughout the Mabank area. You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule that accommodates your lifestyle while ensuring quality care for those who depend on us.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform wound assessments and provide individualized wound care.
2. Administer vaccinations according to physician orders and Texas guidelines.
3. Monitor patients and identify changes in their condition.
4. Document patient care, progress, and response to treatment.
5. Educate patients and caregivers about wound care and vaccination processes.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Current RN or LPN license in Texas.
2. Experience in wound care and vaccinations.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
5. Compassionate attitude towards patient care.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional certifications in wound care management.
2. Are bilingual in Spanish.
3. Have experience in a home health setting.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position with a flexible schedule available throughout the week, including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only, serving patients in the Mabank, Texas area.
