Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Home Helpers of Modesto, you will be responsible for providing essential in-home care services to seniors and adults in Stanislaus County. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team of caregivers to ensure every client receives the personalized support they need to maintain independence at home. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to adapt your schedule to best fit your clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
2. Support clients with companionship and social interaction.
3. Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
4. Transport clients to appointments and errands.
5. Foster a safe and nurturing environment for clients.
6. Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care needs.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in providing personal care and support in a home setting.
2. Compassionate and respectful demeanor towards clients.
3. Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
5. Dedication to enhancing clients’ quality of life and independence.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in personal care or related fields.
2. Possess experience in dementia care or respite care.
3. Are bilingual and can communicate in additional languages.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with shifts available Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, based in Stanislaus County, California.
