Role Overview:

As a Male Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Ventura, you will be responsible for implementing personalized care plans and assisting clients with their daily needs. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to support clients in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Whether you work as part of a full-time or part-time team, you’ll have the flexibility to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement personalized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
2. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
3. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
4. Ensure a safe and clean environment in clients' homes.
5. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and address client concerns.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Empathy and compassion for others, with a commitment to client-centered care.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certification in CPR and First Aid.
2. Possess additional training in dementia or Alzheimer’s care.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with scheduling flexibility across Monday to Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Oak View, California.
