Part-Time Business Development Specialist – Home Care Agency

Part-Time | Lehigh Valley, PA | Base Salary + Commission + Bonus

About Us

We help older adults remain comfortable and supported at home by providing dependable, compassionate care. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a part-time Business Development Specialist to strengthen community relationships and increase awareness of our services.

Position Summary

This part-time role focuses on generating new client opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship-building with community partners. You will represent our agency in the field, build referral partnerships, and help families learn about the value of home care. Success in this position is rewarded through commission and bonus incentives tied to growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, physicians, and other referral sources.
  • Conduct routine outreach visits and follow-up to introduce our services.
  • Attend community events, networking groups, and presentations to expand visibility (as needed).
  • Identify new partnership opportunities to grow our client pipeline.
  • Track outreach activity, leads, and results to support ongoing growth efforts.
  • Represent the agency professionally and compassionately at all times.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, or marketing preferred (healthcare/home care experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with outreach, networking, and meeting new people.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities independently.
  • Reliable transportation required.

Compensation

  • Part-time base salary

Schedule

  • Approximately 20–25 hours per week
  • Flexible daytime schedule
  • Occasional evening/weekend events as needed
