Job Description:

If so, Business Draft has an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). As a BDR, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, contributing to our mission of expanding our reach and building lasting client relationships through our top-of-the-line Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

This position will be Contract to Hire and Commission Only to start with.

Responsibilities:

  1. Determine where to seek out new business
  2. Establish contact with new business opportunities
  3. Maintain positive growth in your market area
  4. Work to convert losses into wins to the best of your ability
  5. Get in front of potential problems in order to minimize potential loss
  6. Willingness to cold call contacts and create cold leads into warm leads
  7. Willingness to close the sale and complete a full-circle sales process

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  2. 2+ years in a lead generation field
  3. Excellent interpersonal capability
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Creative thinker
  6. Time management

  9. Ability to multitask
