Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our clients. You’ll work closely with families to ensure their loved ones feel safe and supported in their own homes. Whether you're providing companionship or assisting with daily activities, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others while having the flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and tidying up.
2. Assisting with meal preparation and kitchen assistance.
3. Supporting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting needs.
4. Conducting safe transfers and offering mobility assistance.
5. Reminding clients to take their medications and monitoring health.
6. Providing warm companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. A genuine desire to help seniors and make a positive impact in their lives.
2. Strong reliability and a committed work ethic.
3. Excellent communication skills, particularly in English.
4. A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of clients.
5. No clinical background required for entry-level roles, as training is provided.

Bonus If You:

1. Have prior experience in caregiving, housekeeping, or hospitality.
2. Are multilingual and can communicate with clients in different languages.
3. Possess skills or knowledge related to dementia and other complex care needs.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position offers both Full-Time and Part-Time options, with availability required from Monday through Sunday.

This position is on-site only, located in Henderson, Nevada.
