Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
• Support client mobility and safety needs
• Perform ROM and mobility exercises per care plan
• Observe and report changes in condition to the nurse case manager

Requirements

• Active Indiana HHA license or CNA with relevant home care experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving or home health experience
• Current CPR certification
• Physical exam and negative TB test (within the past 12 months)
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical job demands
• Clear drug screen and background check
• Strong communication skills and commitment to HIPAA compliance
