What You’ll Do as a PCA

As a trusted caregiver, you’ll help clients maintain independence, comfort, and dignity at home by:

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, transfers, and ambulation
• Offering companionship and support with daily activities
• Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, and outings
• Following individualized care plans and documenting any changes
• Communicating observations and updates to the Director of Nursing

✔️ What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who can meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of caregiving or HHA experience
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Physical and negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
• Negative drug screen and clean motor vehicle record
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with mobility needs
• Strong communication skills in English
