Role Overview:

As a Retail Sales Associate at Kid to Kid, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting families in finding the perfect items at unbeatable prices, and maintaining organized sales floors. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with your team to enhance the in-store experience and ensure a welcoming environment. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
2. Accurately process transactions and handle cash register duties.
3. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to create a positive shopping experience.
4. Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are fully stocked with quality items.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall store vibe.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Previous retail or customer service experience.
2. Strong communication skills in English.
3. A positive, friendly attitude and a passion for helping families.
4. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience in merchandising or retail sales.
2. Are familiar with kids' apparel and products.
3. Possess basic cash handling skills.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with shifts available throughout the week including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Charlottesville, Virginia.
