BAS Control Technician

Location: Greater Atlanta, GA area

Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 annually, bonuses, company vehicle, comprehensive benefits.

Our client is a premier provider of building automation and control solutions in the Greater Atlanta, GA, area.

Focusing on Design/Build and Retrofit, jobs include:

Upper-end schools
Hospitals
Laboratories
Commercial Offices

As our client grows, they are moving into full building management systems (BMS) to include lighting, facial recognition, parking, CCTV, energy management, and more.

Due to their high growth, they are adding yet another BAS Controls Technician to their team.

What you will do:

Using your working knowledge of DDC applications, they are looking for you to:

Install, program, troubleshoot, and work with the Project Manager on overseeing control system hardware and software based on project plans, specifications, and other contract documents.
Ensure the documentation is accurate and complete
Provide some basic project management as required
Work with and guide other sub-contractors and suppliers
Help ensure excellent commissioning and start-up

Requirements:

Experience troubleshooting BAS systems
Basic programming skills
Niagara certified
Working knowledge of Visio or other drawing software
Knowledge of DDC Control Theory and Applications
4-year degree or equivalent experience
