Role Overview:

As a CNA/HHA at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the well-being and safety of our clients. Whether you work remotely or on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to impact your clients positively while being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
2. Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
3. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
4. Help clients with mobility and transportation as needed.
5. Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care and tailored support.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Valid CNA or HHA certification.
2. Strong communication skills in English.
3. Empathy and compassion for clients and their families.
4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional certifications in caregiving or specialized training.
2. Possess experience in a home care setting.
3. Are bilingual, which would help communicate with a broader range of clients.
