Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of South San Jose, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, client-centered home care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and deliver compassionate service that upholds our standards of excellence. You will have a flexible schedule (work-life balance) and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the comfort of our clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Assist clients with mobility and daily activities to promote independence.
3. Prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with dietary needs.
4. Properly manage household needs.
5. Foster meaningful relationships with clients and provide emotional support.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or related fields.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
4. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
5. Willingness to support a diverse client population.

Bonus If You:

1. HCA registered with California Department of Social Services.
2. Have a certification in First Aid/CPR.
3. Possess additional certifications in caregiving or related areas.
4. Are bilingual in a second language.

Employment Type & Availability:

We are recruiting Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, any availability.

Location:

This position is on-site only and based in San Jose, California.
