Role Overview:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Orchards Assisted Living, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the medical team to ensure the well-being of our residents and contribute to maintaining a high standard of care. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure we are in compliance with the Oregon Administrative Rules.
2. Assess residents' health and implement care plans efficiently and effectively.
3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide the best care for residents.
4. Create a comfortable and safe environment for residents, addressing their physical and emotional needs.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of each resident's condition, care, and communication with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the state of Oregon.
2. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
5. Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-oriented approach.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience in geriatric nursing.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full-Time and Part-Time, with scheduling options that may include weekends.
