Registered Nurse or Infusion Nurse

About Us:

BrightStar Care is a home health company that promotes well-being in the home. We can provide our clients with caregivers, CNAs, LPNs or RNs that provide in-home care, assisting with toileting, light housekeeping, dressing, grooming, companionship, dementia care, safety, and much more. Each client is individually assessed by a Registered Nurse to develop a personalized Plan of Care, which our employees follow to deliver top-notch care. Care needs range from simple companionship care to round-the-clock skilled nursing care, and everything in between. BrightStar Care of Tinley Park is owned by husband-and-wife nurses who do the same work that we ask our employees to do. The length of the shifts depends on the infusion, typically 2 to 4 hours.

Role Overview:

As a Registered Nurse or Infusion Nurse at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-home nursing care to clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to develop personalized care plans and ensure our clients receive the best possible care experience. Whether you work remotely or on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide skilled nursing care, including administration of infusions and medications.
2. Ensure quality control while maintaining clinical documentation for all patient interactions.
3. Monitor patients' health and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
4. Collaborate with family members and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.
2. Experience in home health care or similar healthcare settings.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to provide compassionate care.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience with infusion therapy or specialized nursing procedures.
2. Hold additional nursing certifications relevant to home health care.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position available on all days of the week.
