Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing personalized, compassionate care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of service and support for individuals of any age, ability, or condition. As you work on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients every day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support to help clients feel valued and respected.
3. Monitor and report on clients’ conditions and changes in health status to the care team.
4. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their home remains a comfortable place.
5. Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure that the care provided meets clients’ needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
2. Ability to communicate effectively in English with clients and their families.
3. Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
4. Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience working with individuals with specific health conditions.
2. Are bilingual or fluent in additional languages.
3. Are a CNA and have any specialized training in elder care or disability support.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Full-Time position available Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, based in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
