Afternoon & Evening Shift Lead | Full-Time

Scooter’s Coffee — 6800 Pensacola Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32505

Mainly 1:00–8:00 PM | Weekend availability required

We’re looking for a Shift Lead who can bring a team together, keep a busy drive-thru moving, and make customers and coworkers feel taken care of.

At our store, we call that SMILE: Spot the Moment, Make It Personal, Initiate the Smile, Laugh Together, and End With Intention. It means noticing what needs to happen, stepping in to help, and making the shift better for the people around you.

What you’ll do

Lead the team during your shift and keep service moving.
Coach and support teammates, including new hires.
Help solve customer issues with care and good judgment.
Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for the next rush.
Set the tone by helping your team work well together.

You’ll be a great fit if you communicate clearly, stay steady when it gets busy, take ownership, and enjoy helping others improve. Previous shift lead or supervisory experience is a plus.

This is a full-time position, working mainly 1:00–8:00 PM, with weekend availability required.

Pay: $14-$15 plus tips!
