Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Assisting Hands North Austin, you will be responsible for providing personalized, non-medical support services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or on-call, you’ll have the flexibility to accommodate the needs of both our clients and your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
3. Monitor clients’ conditions and report any changes to the supervising team.
4. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients, addressing any hazards or concerns.
5. Collaborate with our team to ensure personalized care plans are followed and adjusted as needed.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient attitude towards elderly and disabled individuals.
2. Excellent communication skills in English.
3. Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and assisting clients.
4. Experience in a caregiving role or completion of a caregiver training program.
5. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Bonus If You:

1. Have CPR and First Aid certification.
2. Speak additional languages.
3. Have experience with specific disabilities or conditions.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time roles, with availability needed Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This is an on-site position located in Leander, Texas.
