Role Overview:

As a Caregiver / HHA at Assisting Hands Emerald Coast Central, you will be responsible for providing personalized in-home support services to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our administrative team & healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate and personalized in-home care to clients based on their individual needs.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
3. Maintain effective communication with clients, their families, and the healthcare team.
4. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with clients.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.
2. Are CPR and First Aid certified.
3. Have had a Level 2 Background Check/Fingerprinting.
4. Have a desire to grow your career in the medical field!

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full Time or Part Time, with availability Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is in the Freeport and surrounding area but will be on a case by case basis!
