About Us:

BrightStar Care is a home health company that promotes well-being in the home. We provide our clients with caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, or RNs who deliver personalized in-home care. Our services include assistance with toileting, light housekeeping, dressing, grooming, companionship, dementia care, safety, and much more. Each client is individually assessed by a Registered Nurse to develop a personalized Plan of Care, which our employees follow to provide top-notch care. BrightStar Care of Tinley Park is owned by husband-and-wife nurses who actively participate in the care we provide.

Role Overview:

As a CNA at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our clients in the comfort of their homes. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality care that promotes the well-being and comfort of our clients. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily activities such as toileting, dressing, and grooming.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
3. Support clients with light housekeeping tasks as needed.
4. Implement personalized Plans of Care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
5. Ensure client safety and well-being in all aspects of care provision.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
2. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
3. Great communication skills, with fluency in English.
4. Strong attention to detail and adherence to care plans.
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience in home health care or a similar setting.
2. Possess additional language skills beyond English.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with shifts available Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site, located in Tinley Park, Illinois and the surrounding suburbs.
