Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Visiting Angels of Catawba Valley, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional in-home care to seniors. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care while maintaining their independence. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to create a schedule that best fits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
3. Light housekeeping duties and medication reminders.
4. Follow care plans created by our registered nurse.
5. Enjoy a supportive and team-focused culture that values your input.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills:

1. PCA or CNA certification or relevant caregiving experience.
2. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
3. Ability to pass a background check with only traffic violations.
4. Ability to pass a drug test, including THC.
5. Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional certifications in caregiving or healthcare.
2. Are fluent in more than one language.
3. Have experience working with seniors or in home care settings.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities, with flexible scheduling offered throughout the week, including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
