Role Overview:

As a PRN CareGiver/PCA/CNA at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care team to ensure that each client receives the tailored assistance they need to thrive. Whether you work during the day, evening, or on weekends, you’ll have the flexibility to adapt your schedule to meet client needs and your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients.
2. Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
3. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
4. Complete light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
5. Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and transfers.
6. Help clients with transportation and errands to enhance their independence.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and reliable in providing care to clients.
2. Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and the care team.
3. Ability to work independently in a client’s home environment.
4. Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
5. Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and schedules.

Bonus If You:

1. Have previous caregiving experience or relevant certifications.
2. Are fluent in additional languages other than English.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position with flexible scheduling available, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Location:

This position is on-site only, specifically in Jesup, Georgia.
