Current Schedule Available

IMMEDIATE CAREGIVER OPENINGS – TOWN OF CEDARBURG!

FirstLight Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to assist a client in her home.

Care needs include:

Personal cares and hygiene assistance

Hoyer lift transfer to electric wheelchair in the mornings

Meal preparation

Light housekeeping and assistance around the home

Available Shifts (Monday–Sunday):

Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

We are looking for multiple caregivers to rotate throughout the week and provide consistent, quality care. Experience with Hoyer lifts and higher-level personal care is preferred; pay rate adjusted based on experience.

Additional hours are expected to become available as we continue to grow, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to build a larger schedule over time.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
• Preparing light meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Encouraging client independence while ensuring safety
• Communicating with our care team to provide exceptional service

Previous caregiving experience is appreciated but not required. We provide training and support to help you succeed.
