CNA - Weekdays

HIRING NOW - 32 hours a week - 1-on-1 Dementia Care

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate and reliable care for your client
2. Assist client with activities of daily living, including mealtime assistance, transfer assistance, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, .
3. Engage client in meaningful activities that support their well-being and align with care goals - music, reading, walks outside, games, facility activities
4. Maintain a safe and clean environment for client and report any changes in the client's condition to the care management team.
5. Take ownership of assigned tasks and help drive positive outcomes for our client in their care setting

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Prior employment in in-home care, skilled nursing facility or other relevant health care experience.
2. 3+ years working as a CNA
3. 3+ years working with people living with dementia
4. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
5. Compassionate and reliable with a strong dedication to helping others.
6. Ability to adapt to different client needs and provide person-centered care with innovation.

Bonus If You:

1. Are bilingual in English and Spanish.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is full-time, 9a-5p OR 10a-6p, Tuesday through Friday
