Weekend and On-Call

Are you a compassionate CNA or Home Health Aide looking for a flexible and meaningful role? Join our Star Elite Team (SET) and provide essential care to clients when coverage is needed most. This on-call position allows you to make an impact while enjoying schedule flexibility and competitive pay.

• Flexible scheduling – choose one on-call weekday (6:00 AM–11:00 PM)
• Rotating weekend coverage – only every 5th weekend

✅ What You’ll Do

On-Call Coverage

• Be available on your chosen weekday from 6 AM–11 PM
• Cover call-offs every 5th weekend
• Up to 2 holidays per year

Personal Care

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
• Support ambulation and repositioning

Wellness Support

• Provide medication reminders
• Monitor and report changes in condition

Household & Companionship

• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep
• Offer companionship and encourage a safe home environment

Documentation

• Record care provided and report updates or incidents as needed

✅ Qualifications

Required:

• CNA or HHA certification
• 1+ year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Reliable transportation

Preferred:

• CPR certification

Additional:

• Ability to lift/move clients as needed
• Clear background check
• Strong communication and caregiving skills
