At Assisting Hands Home Care, we understand that completing everyday tasks and living on your own can become challenging as you age. Our licensed and trained caregivers are available to help you overcome these obstacles and provide in-home care so you can maintain your independence. We provide personal care and companionship to adults with limitations and seniors who need home care, including those with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and Parkinson’s disease. Our mission is to allow our clients to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes through professional non-medical home health care services.

Role Overview:

As a Caregiver (Flexible Hours) at Assisting Hands of Preston Hollow, you will play a vital role in supporting seniors and adults with limitations to maintain their independence and quality of life. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to provide compassionate in-home care and companionship. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of working remote only, making it easier to balance your work and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized care and companionship to seniors and individuals with special needs.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders.
3. Support clients in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
4. Document and communicate any changes in the clients’ condition to the care team.
5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure clients receive the best care possible.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others.
2. Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
4. Experience in caregiving or related field is preferred but not required.
5. Willingness to undergo training and ongoing education.

Bonus If You:

1. Have prior experience working with seniors or in-home care.
2. Possess CPR/First Aid certification.
3. Are bilingual or multilingual.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, available Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is fully remote and open to any qualified candidates in the USA.
