Role Overview:

As a Private Duty Nurse at Homewatch CareGivers of Southern NH, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive continuity of care and optimal outcomes for our clients. You'll work across southern New Hampshire, providing skilled care tailored to each client's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver compassionate nursing care to clients in their homes.
2. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client assessments.
3. Monitor and evaluate client health and progress, making adjustments as necessary.
4. Provide education and support to clients and families regarding health conditions and care needs.
5. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Current RN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
2. Experience in home health care or private duty nursing.
3. Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently in a client’s home setting.
5. Compassionate nature and commitment to client-centered care.

Bonus If You:

1. Speak additional languages besides English.
2. Have experience with geriatric care or specific health conditions.
3. Possess certifications in specialized areas of nursing.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Part Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only based in Salem, New Hampshire.
