*Location is in Valparaiso | 20 hours per week | Monday-Friday | 6pm-10pm*

Compensation:

• $15.00/hour, paid weekly
• Earn an additional $.25 per hour with our weekly performance-based bonus!

What You'll Do:

As a Commercial Cleaner, you'll ensure our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming. Key responsibilities include:

• Following a customized cleaning checklist tailored to each client’s needs.
• Performing tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and hand-scrubbing floors.
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, break rooms, kitchenettes, and common areas.
• Restocking supplies and emptying trash/recycling bins.
• Wiping down walls, woodwork, baseboards, and more.
• Securing the facility and ensuring proper lockup upon completion of your work.
• Adhering to safety protocols and promptly reporting any incidents.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or service experience is a plus but not required—we provide training!
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Fluent in English for effective communication with teammates, clients, and management.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 20 lbs., and performing repetitive tasks.
• Reliable transportation to move between client locations when needed.
• Comfortable wearing a uniform during shifts.
