Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Ventura, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure client needs are met compassionately and effectively. Whether you work in full-time or part-time hours, you’ll have the flexibility to maintain a schedule that works for you while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement personalized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
2. Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal care and companionship.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care experience.
4. Maintain a safe and clean environment within the client’s home.
5. Document care activities and changes in client condition as needed.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in providing personal care or assistance in a home care setting.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Compassion and understanding towards clients' needs and challenges.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certification as a Home Health Aide or CNA.
2. Are bilingual, with proficiency in languages other than English.
3. Possess CPR and First Aid certification.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position offers both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities, with availability required from Monday through Sunday.

This position is on-site only, located in Ventura, California.
