Role Overview:

As a Nurse RN at Homewatch CareGivers of St Pete Beach, you will be responsible for providing superior quality home care services with a focus on compassion, reliability, and innovation. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure each client receives personalized and professional care, in line with our mission of enhancing the quality of life for every individual.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver compassionate and professional in-home care services, including but not limited to organizing medication, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support.
2. Build meaningful connections and preserve the dignity of each client while enhancing their quality of life through person-centered care.
3. Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure the seamless delivery of superior quality care, adhering to the highest standards of reliability and professionalism.
4. Lead orientation skills trainings of new caregivers
5. Perform in-depth assessments of each client’s needs and work with the team to develop personalized care plans.
6. Contribute to a culture of innovation by providing feedback and insights to improve our services continually.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills:

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful connections with clients and their families.
3. Ability to provide compassionate, reliable, and professional care to individuals in their homes.
4. Experience in conducting in-depth assessments and developing personalized care plans based on individual needs.
5. Knowledge and adherence to industry best practices, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Bonus If You:

1. Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Part-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is On-Site Only and is located in St. Petersburg, Florida.
