Your Role: HHA

What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate, dependable care to clients in their homes.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, meal prep, medication reminders, and mobility support.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions to the care management team.
Collaborate with supervisors to tailor care plans to each individual’s needs and preferences.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re a great match for this role if you:

Have previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related healthcare field.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
Are dependable, empathetic, and passionate about helping others.
Can adapt to diverse client needs and support their independence with dignity.
Are legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Bonus Points If You:

Hold a current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license in Florida.

Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday with weekend availability
Location: In-home care throughout St. Petersburg and surrounding areas

Homewatch CareGivers of St. Pete Beach provides compassionate, in-home, person-centered care throughout the greater St. Petersburg area. Our mission is to offer high-quality care at an affordable cost, ensuring individuals can remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

What sets us apart is our belief that home care is more than just tasks and routines—it’s about people. We focus on building meaningful connections, preserving dignity, and enhancing the quality of life for every client. Our caregivers are highly trained, background-checked, and insured, providing reliable and professional care when you need it most. In many cases, we can have a caregiver available within hours to prevent gaps in service.

To maintain our commitment to excellence, we conduct annual caregiver background checks, provide at least 12 hours of training each year, and perform in-person quality assurance visits every 90 days. We also gather client feedback through satisfaction surveys to continually improve our services.
