Role Overview:

As a Home Health Aide (HHA)/ CNA at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-home care to patients in Broward County, Florida. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated care team to ensure that each patients receives the personalized support they need. You’ll have the flexibility to work part-time during weekdays, weekends, night shifts, providing essential service to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a positive and safe environment.
3. Monitor patients' health and report any changes to the care team, ensuring prompt communication.
4. Help patients maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
5. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet patients' specific needs.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Valid certification as a Home Health Aide/CNA in Florida.
2. Excellent communication skills, specifically in English/Spanish, to effectively interact with Patients and team members.
3. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
5. Reliable and punctual work ethic, ensuring consistent care for Patients.
6. CPR and 12 (non expired) hours in - services minimum.
