Associate Buyer

What You’ll Do

As an Associate Buyer & Inventory Specialist, you are the ultimate gatekeeper of our store's inventory. You’ll manage our "factory on the floor"—the high-energy buy counter where the magic happens! Your daily responsibilities will include:

Curating & Evaluating: Greet local vendors and presort incoming items for quality, condition, safety, and current style trends.

Smart Pricing: Utilize our proprietary Kid to Kid valuation software to accurately price items, ensuring a fair payout for the customer and a great value for the store.

Transparent Communication: Educate vendors with kindness, clarity, and transparency regarding what items we can and cannot accept.

Boutique Merchandising: Keep our sales floor beautifully curated by processing, tagging, and organizing incoming products by size, category, and color.

Operational Flow: Maintain an efficient, highly organized, and rapid buy flow to support high volume and keep backstock tidy.

Creative Inventory Marketing: Support the store's social media presence by capturing eye-catching photos and short video clips of amazing incoming inventory, hot brands, and fresh floor sets.
