Responsibilities

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes by providing:

• Companion care and emotional support
• Personal care assistance
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Transportation to appointments and activities
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care, when applicable
• Fall prevention and home safety monitoring
• Observation and reporting of changes in client condition
• Meaningful conversation, engagement, and companionship

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are/have:

• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy
• Professional, self-motivated, and organized
• Excellent communicators and good listeners
• Passionate about helping seniors live safely and independently
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Previous professional caregiving experience
• Ability to pass required background checks

Preferred experience includes:

• Caregiver or In-Home Caregiver
• Home Care Aide (HCA/HHA)
• Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
• Companion Care
• Senior Care
• Assisted Living or Memory Care
• Dementia or Alzheimer's Care
• Residential Care or Senior Living

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience caring for seniors
• Dementia or Alzheimer's care experience
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
