Role Overview:

As a Caregiver (Flexible Hours) at Assisting Hands Home Care of Fort Mill, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, personalized assistance to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure our clients maintain their independence and quality of life. You will work on-site in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and have the flexibility to choose your working hours across the week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
2. Assist clients with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
3. Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a trusting environment for clients.
4. Document and report any changes in client conditions to family members and the agency.
5. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure client well-being during care.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Passion for providing compassionate care to seniors and individuals with disabilities.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
3. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring clients.
4. Reliable transportation and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
5. Experience in caregiving or related fields is a plus, but not required.

Bonus If You:

1. Have CPR and First Aid certification.
2. Are fluent in additional languages to support diverse clientele.
3. Possess formal training in senior care or related certifications.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position with flexible hours available throughout the week, including weekends.

This position is on-site in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
