Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the well-being and comfort of each client. Whether you work on a full-time or part-time basis, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily activities, companionship, and support for personal hygiene.
2. Conduct regular safety and wellness assessments of clients in their home environments.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare teams to provide updates on care and well-being.
4. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
5. Help clients with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives.
5. Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is beneficial but not mandatory.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in caregiving or related healthcare fields.
2. Possess experience working with clients with dementia or other special needs.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for Full-Time and Part-Time work, including opportunities throughout the week and weekends.
